Successful agribusiness entrepreneur Sergey Kovalenko decides to build a house in the village of Cherkas and present it as a birthday present to his wife Lyudmila. The man really liked the place near the picturesque lake, so he, not paying attention to a small abandoned house for a long time, builds his house in its place. Some time after moving in, a mysterious girl begins to visit the youngest daughter of the owners, whom no one else sees except her.
