In her book, architect Dasha Paramonova, an instructor and former student at the Strelka Institute, cleverly redefines the architecture of Luzhkov's Moscow as an invaluable testament to the painful transformations that Russian society endured in the post-Soviet era.
Tutor at "(Re)Charge Information" studio (Moscow), Dasha Paramonova is Director of Bureau Alexander Brodsky. Following her graduation from MARKHI, Dasha started to work as a teaching assistant at the Department of Civic Architecture there. In the academic year of 2010/2011, she was a student of Strelka Institute, where she researched the issue of ageing of Moscow's architecture of the Luzhkov era.
